Please read these Terms & Conditions of Service carefully before placing a reservation with Blazing Star Conveyance, (Blazing Star Conveyance LLC) This site is operated by Blazing Star Conveyance. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” , “our” and “BSC” refer solely to Blazing Star Conveyance. All users must be at least 18 years and older and are conditioned upon to the acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or placing any reservation with us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by our terms of service, including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These terms of service apply to all users of our service including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, affiliates, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service at any time without notification. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Service.
Blazing Star Conveyance makes every effort to meet the highest standards of service excellence. Blazing Star Conveyance may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value to maintain our 100% on-time service record. Standard cancellations (airport runs & chauffeured transportation) must be received in our office at least (24 hours) twenty-four hours PRIOR to pick-up time to cancel that reservation without charge. Changes to same day reservations must be received in our office at least 6 hours prior to pick up time. It is the client’s responsibility to notify Blazing Star Conveyance of any changes, cancellations or delays to pick-up times. Please contact us or your chauffeur directly if your arrival or departure is canceled or if you change planes. As a courtesy, BSC will monitor your incoming flight for delays. Please do not send an email to cancel your reservation. Emails are processed on a first come/first served basis and may not be processed prior to your reservation start time. Failure to contact Blazing Star with flight changes, cancellation or delay information in a timely manner will be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare. Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for a credit if a replacement reservation is made in a timely manner. Blazing Star Conveyance offers 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for flights that have arrived at JAX Airport. After arrival wait times in excess of 30 minutes will be billed at the regular hourly rate beginning at minute 1. Wait charges for standard chauffeured transportation or airport drop-offs begin 10 minutes after your pickup time has passed and will be charged in 15-minute increments at the regular hourly rate beginning at minute 1. Blazing Star Conveyance LLC reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of these terms either for an individual reservation or in general, at any time without notice. Child Restraints – Car Seats and Booster Seats – Florida Law
01Florida law requires children age 5 and under to be secured properly in a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device.
02Children ages 0 to 3 must be in child restraint devices of a separate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer’s integrated child seat.
03Children, age 4 and 5 must be in a separate carrier, integrated child seat or booster seat.
04Car Seats are available and must be reserved for a nominal charge or guests may bring their own
Estimated Quotes & Confirmations
Rates quoted prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Required minimums, wait time and/or additional services may change the final price. Hourly as directed or by the hour rates are quoted for the requested time for trips within the city of Jacksonville. Chauffeured Transportation that routes outside the City of Jacksonville may be subject to a fuel surcharge and hourly minimums may apply. Hourly rates are billed garage to garage and are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin service and continuing through such time the chauffeur returns to the garage and concludes service. The requested number of billable hours appears on the quote/confirmation. However, actual billable hours may exceed the initial charges or deposit and will be billable when an audit of the ride is concluded the following day. If you have any questions about your quoted rate, your deposit or your confirmation of reservation, please contact our customer service department and speak with a representative. All of our vehicles are non-smoking. Feel Free to ask your driver to stop for a smoke break. The client is responsible for all physical damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by the client or guests of the client, i.e, all vomit, body fluids, spills, burns, scratches, smoke odor, garbage left in the vehicle causing extra cleanup will incur a minimum fee of $500 for each occurrence and may incur additional costs if repairs are necessary. Special event charges, changes and cancellation policies supersede standard charges, changes and cancellation policies. Special events include weddings, graduations, proms, concerts, birthday parties, etc. SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS are NON REFUNDABLE.
